Ingredients

  • 4 (12-ounce) packages elbow macaroni
  • 4 (10-ounce) cans baby peas, drained
  • 8 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 8 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 8 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 large hard-cooked eggs, quartered
  • 4 pinches paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, peas, celery, tuna, and onion.
  • Stir in mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently fold in quartered eggs.
  • Garnish with paprika before serving.
