  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks

Instructions

  • Prepare the Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and garlic powder, stirring until fragrant and well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Season the Steaks: Pat the sirloin steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Sear the Steaks: Heat a heavy skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until a golden-brown crust forms.
