- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice (NOT instant)
- 1 (10 oz) can of condensed French Onion Soup
- 1 (10 oz) can of condensed Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced thinly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×9-inch baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, French onion soup, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Place the thinly sliced butter evenly on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute the beef broth with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
