- 1 cup milk

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the mashed bananas until well incorporated.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter.
