A creamy and decadent keto chocolate mousse that’s easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener (such as Swerve)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, mixing until well combined.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and mousse to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy, keto-friendly chocolate treat.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, add a dash of espresso powder.
  • To make the mousse even richer, increase the cream cheese to 4 ounces.
